Dusty Nixon brings energy, creativity, and a team first mindset to The Tommy Jordan Group. Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, he has a deep appreciation for the communities the team serves and enjoys helping clients feel connected to the area he has always called home.
As the Marketing and Client Care Coordinator, Dusty supports the team through marketing, client communication, and behind the scenes operations that help create a smooth and positive experience for every client.
A standout athlete, Dusty was a three time All League baseball player, Baseball MVP, and team captain. His background in competitive sports helped shape the discipline, leadership, and strong work ethic he brings to everything he does. Known for being dependable, coachable, and detail oriented, Dusty thrives in a team environment and is always looking for ways to grow and support those around him.
From helping create engaging marketing content to assisting with client care and daily operations, Dusty plays an important role in delivering the high level of service The Tommy Jordan Group is known for. Outside of work, Dusty enjoys rock climbing, golf, staying active, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to develop new skills both personally and professionally.
