Meet Tommy Jordan

Tommy Jordan is a leading Coachella Valley real estate agent and the founder of Tommy Jordan Group, serving Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and surrounding desert communities. Ranked in the Top 50 companywide out of more than 80,000 eXp Realty agents and among the Top 10 eXp agents in California, Tommy has built his reputation through proven results, extensive local knowledge, and a highly personal approach to real estate.

Tommy is also the creator of the first established Coachella Valley real estate YouTube channel dedicated to sharing local knowledge about the desert. Reaching hundreds of thousands of viewers annually, the channel has become a trusted resource for people considering a move to the area and provides Tommy’s listings with exposure far beyond traditional real estate marketing.

Tommy’s success is rooted in a simple belief: clients deserve more than a transaction. Buying or selling a home is a major life decision, and every client should receive honest guidance, dependable communication, and a clear strategy built around their goals.

Together with his close knit team, Tommy provides a seamless experience from the first conversation through closing and beyond. Whether helping someone relocate to the desert, purchase a full-time residence or vacation home, invest in real estate, or prepare a property for sale, the team combines strong market expertise, modern marketing, and personal attention to help clients move forward with confidence.

For Tommy, the desert is more than a real estate market, it is home. He and his family live in the Coachella Valley, and that personal connection shapes the way he serves his clients. His goal is not simply to help people buy or sell property, but to help them make smart decisions, find the right home, and feel connected to the community.
