Limited Number Of Pre-Sales Appointments

I have massive news for you. I was at the Cotino Sales Studio this evening and it looks INCREDIBLE!

The most important information that I found out that can mean the difference with you buying a home in Phase 1 or not is this..

Due to high demand, there are a limited number of pre-sales appointments available. I heard that possibly only 500 will be available! The sales studio is being inundated with calls and emails.

Not everyone is going to be able to get a pre-sales appointment and you have to have one of those appointments to be able to purchase a home for Phase 1. They are only releasing around 300 homes in Phase 1 with homes from the 55+ area, the estate collection, and single family.
