Hello, I hope you've had a wonderful week so far. I wanted to give you an update regarding closed state status. Some of you are located in states where you aren't able to have a pre-sales appointment unless you come to the Cotino sales studio in person. Long story short, the United States has an interstate commerce clause, and Disney is working on opening up home sales in all states. Nationwide home builders like Lennar and Toll Brothers already have this capability. Since this is a new venture for Disney, they are working state by state to open sales to everyone, regardless of location.

There is a workaround to visiting in person. If you work with a representative, i.e., a real estate agent, all you would need to do is reach out to me and let me know that you would like me to represent you. I would schedule the pre-sales appointment and go into the sales studio on your behalf. The caveat to this is that Disney would only be allowed to communicate directly with me, and then I would relay the information to you. It would be similar to a resale transaction where the buyer doesn't have direct communication with the seller.
