Discover Your Dream Home: Disney Cotino's Newly Released Floor Plans

I hope you had a nice weekend. I'm not sure if you knew this, but Disney released floor plans for the Grand and Cottage collections. You can check out the links below where you can download them. Shea will be the first builder in Phase 1. They will build the Cottage and the Grand Collection. Davidson will be building the Cottage and Grand Collection as well. Woodbridge Pacific Group will only build The Estate Collection.

 

The smallest home sites, known as the Cottage Collection, include three different floor plans with one and two-story models ranging from roughly 2,260 to 2,820 square feet. Prices for those homes are expected to start from the upper $1 million range. I see these starting somewhere around $1.5 million, but it's yet to be seen where these will actually be priced. I'm thinking they are assessing how much demand they actually have before coming up with exact pricing for the public.

 

Prices for the Grand Collection, which includes four different floor plans ranging from roughly 2,780 to 3,730 square feet, will begin from the low $2 million range.

 

The Estate Collection does not have any information available yet. The only information available is that these homes should be coming out later in 2024, possibly late Spring. These homes will be well above 4,000 square feet and I've heard they might go all the way to $7,000,000. Not only that but there's talk one of the model homes might be around 9,000 square feet!
