I hope you've had a great week so far! Disney has finally released major news about Cotino! We have received confirmation that they will be starting sales at the end of this year. We don't have any information yet on pricing. Also, they released new renderings of the different community parks and news about the 55+ section. Additionally they released juicy information about what will be required to use the facilities and beaches.
 
Based upon the inside information I have, the soonest they can begin sales would be early November. Make sure you check out my latest YouTube video that just came out today. In that video it will give you the full update on Cotino! You're not going to want to miss this video if you are serious about getting into Cotino before it's too late.
