Disney Cotino Sales Process

Hello, I hope you are having a great week so far. I wanted to give you an update on the sales process. So far, the demand for the Cottage Collection and Grand Collection has been huge. I'm grateful to say that out of the first 10 homes released for Disney's first-ever story living community, I was able to sell 4 of those homes! I'm very grateful for this opportunity as I firmly believe in this project. I wanted to let you know that they are going through the priority lists faster than expected. If you are in the queue to buy a home, don't be surprised if you hear from Cotino sooner than later.

Here's what to expect during your home buying appointment:

You will be shown all the current available lots with their allotted floor plans and prices. One of the most exciting parts of this process is walking all the different lots that are available. It's exciting to see the development before any homes are built on it and to see what kind of views you get from each lot. I will be able to give you my expertise from working with many clients on which views are more desired and why they come at a premium. Once you choose which lot you want, you will have additional options to choose from, such as exterior elevation style and color palette. Some of the lots are large enough to have detached casitas, which include a variety of options.

As of now you don't have to write an earnest money deposit check the day you have your home buying appointment. Your first step after your home buying appointment will be to read and sign the disclosures they send you in the mail. After those are completed, you will sign the final purchase agreement and send the earnest money deposit.

Timeline Update & Future Home Releases

Woodbridge Pacific Group has released their floor plans for the Estate collection. Woodbridge Pacific Group will be the first builder to release homes for the Estate collection. The first home-buying appointments for these homes are anticipated to begin sometime in April or May. They have started pre-home buying appointments for these homes, so please contact me if you would like to schedule one. They have announced that these will start selling in the mid $2 millions. I expect them to average somewhere around $3,000,000 to $3,500,000 once different options, like casitas, are added. The Grand collection homes started in the low $2 millions, and when specced out with casitas, ended up being around $2.5 million to $2.8 million. The Woodbridge Pacific Group Estates start at 3,516 square feet and go up to 3,985 square feet. This does not include the square footage of a casita if you add that option. There are five floor plans in total to choose from, and the homes look stunning! Davidson will be the second builder to release floor plans sometime in May or June. The Davidson homes are anticipated to be larger at 4,000 to 7,000 square feet, as well as larger lots. They will probably start in the high $3 million range.

Disney Cotino Website Exciting Features

There is now a very exciting feature on the Disney Cotino website where you can view the dimensions of all the lots in the community. Not only that, but you can also see which homes are pending sale, which have been sold, and which will be available in the future. This is exciting because it allows you to get a feel for the lot sizes across all the different areas of Phase 1.

Estate Collection News

The next exciting update is for the Estate Collection. They have announced they are starting home sales for those this Spring, which is right around the corner! There are lots in the Estate Collection that are over one acre in size!
