Information On Disney's Priority ListNew information is out on how to qualify for Disney's priority list to purchase a home in Phase 1. The pre-sales appointments will be available between November 18, 2023 and January 9, 2024. After that you will have till January 16, 2024 to submit the required documents. If you are pre-qualified then you will receive an invitation to join the Cotino Priority List. The pre-sales appointments are Disney's way of pre-qualifying all the buyers to see who is serious and can qualify to make a purchase. Please let me know if you have any questions! I will be at the sales studio quite a bit this next week with clients who are going through this process.
