From the Gold tees, the Jones Course plays 7,063 yards with a 73.5 rating and 132 slope. The Pate Course plays 6,972 yards with a 73.7 rating and 134 slope. Practice facilities include a driving range, putting greens, and short-game areas.
Golf membership is separate from the purchase of a home. The current non-equity membership has a $65,000 non-refundable initiation fee, $1,800 in monthly dues, and an active waitlist. It covers the primary member, spouse or significant other, and children under age 23, with access to both courses and the practice facilities.

The 2026 regular assessments are $1,198 per month for Master Association homes, $1,425 total for Casitas, and $630 for Ventanas. The Casitas total consists of $1,198 for the Master Association plus $227 for the Casitas Association.
The 2026 Master reserve study reported a 23.6% funded position and classified the risk of special assessment or deferred maintenance as high, while the Casitas and Ventanas studies modeled future reserve-funding increases. Those projections are not automatically approved future charges, but buyers should review the latest budget, reserve study, planned capital work, insurance, and assessment notices before removing contingencies.
