This afternoon, I received huge news at Cotino Sales Studio. I finally received the official pricing for the first 10 homes that are going to be released in phase one. They are releasing six homes from the Grand Collection and four homes from the Cottage Collection in the 55+ area.

The prices shown are specific to the homesite number. Variation in pricing is not only because of the different models but also because lot premiums are included in the price for homes that sit on larger lots. As you might have heard, Shea Homes is offering detached Casitas on lots that are big enough to accommodate a detached Casita.

The lowest starting price for one of the Cottage Collection 55+ homes is homesite 303 at $1,689,990. The lowest starting price for one of the Grand Collection homes is homesite 162 at $2,099,990.

If you look at the bottom of the pricing sheets I provided up above, you will see the "design collections" pricing. These are for the different exterior styles of the home. The Coachella Collection design comes included with the price, but the other collections have a $10,000 to $25,000 addition to the purchase price.

For those interested in the Cottage Collection (55+), tomorrow (1/22) is a very big day! At 10 a.m. everyone who had a presale appointment before January 9th will be able to click a link that will either give them a home buying appointment or place them in the queue for an appointment later on.

Another exciting day this week is Thursday (1/25) because that is when the Grand Collection link will go live at 10 AM, and you will either get a home buying appointment or be placed in the queue for an appointment later on.
