Golf at Indian Ridge Country Club

The Grove and Arroyo courses are both private, 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature designs. Each course has seven tee sets and three combination options, giving members a broad range of playing distances across the community's 36 holes.

The Grove has a more traditional look with broad fairways, mature landscaping, and large greens. The Arroyo uses more desert areas, water, and changes in direction.

Golf Membership and HOA Dues

Club membership is separate from the purchase of a home and remains subject to application, approval, current availability, and the terms of the selected category. The current Golf Membership figures are a $100,000 initiation fee and $1,815 in annual dues. Current property listings also report that Golf Membership has a waitlist.

A current published Equity Club schedule lists a $15,000 promotional initiation fee, $880 in monthly dues, and a $1,000 annual food and beverage minimum for the 2025–2026 season. Club Membership includes dining, fitness, spa, pool, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and social privileges.

Indian Ridge has two residential associations, so one HOA amount does not apply to every property. Current listing examples range from $619 to $1,265 per month, depending on the association, property type, and maintenance package.

Our guide to HOA fees in Palm Desert explains why the monthly amount should be compared with the services and maintenance responsibilities attached to the property.

Clubhouse and Amenities

• Fitness and Pools: Expanded gym, Pilates and performance studios, more than 45 complimentary classes each week, lap and activity pools, and a hot tub

• Racquet and Recreation: 12 lighted tennis courts, 12 lighted pickleball courts, and six bocce courts

• Spa and Wellness: Massage, skincare, salon services, sauna, steam rooms, whirlpools, and a cold plunge

• Other Amenities: Golf practice facilities, Rover's Ridge dog park, member groups, and scheduled social programming

Homes and Floor Plans

Indian Ridge has seven established floor-plan families: Acacia, Mesquite, Bougainvillea, Palo Verde, Smoke Tree, Ocotillo, and Jacaranda. The official plans range from 1,527 to 4,580 square feet, but renovations, room conversions, outdoor improvements, and guest accommodations can make two homes with the same original plan live very differently.

Smaller residences are more likely to have condominium-style ownership or a broader association-maintenance package, while larger freestanding homes can place more maintenance responsibility on the owner. Buyers should compare the legal ownership type, association, floor plan, renovation level, garage configuration, pool, solar equipment, and included furnishings rather than relying on square footage alone.

Every home is positioned along one of the two golf courses. Fairway width, water exposure, mountain orientation, afternoon sun, cart paths, tee and green locations, and nearby practice or maintenance areas should be evaluated at the individual property.

Current Indian Ridge Country Club Homes for Sale

Twenty-one homes were actively listed on July 23, 2026, with asking prices from $650,000 to $2.35 million and a median asking price of $1.225 million. The current inventory included smaller condominium-style residences, established mid-size plans, and larger freestanding homes.

An Acacia, Bougainvillea, Ocotillo, or Jacaranda should not automatically be compared with another plan based only on price per square foot. Association coverage, renovation quality, course position, outdoor improvements, view orientation, and club-membership needs can create substantial differences between homes.

Buying a Home in Indian Ridge Country Club

Indian Ridge provides a broader range of established floor plans than many smaller private clubs, and every residence is positioned on golf. The important comparison is the complete package: floor plan, association coverage, HOA dues, renovation level, course position, outdoor space, and the membership category available at the time of purchase.

Buyers comparing Indian Ridge with Ironwood, The Lakes, Palm Valley, Desert Falls, or other Palm Desert golf communities should look beyond the asking price and compare maintenance responsibilities, club access, course setting, location, and complete monthly carrying costs.
